Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day and are shipped with either FedEx, UPS or USPS. Standard shipping typically arrives within 4-7 business days. Priority shipping arrives within 2-3 business days, while Express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days.

A confirmation email containing your tracking info will be sent to you once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. 

International shipping on standard orders is not available at this time. 

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. USA only).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us or login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Wholesale Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your wholesale order and would like a refund, simply contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will set up a return for a refund.

The return must be shipped back within 15 days of contacting us. Please note that there may be a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will only be refunded if you (in the very rare occasion) receive incorrect or damaged products. Customs and Duties fees cannot be refunded.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and must be sure to properly repackage the products.
