Want to get great shots of your kids?
Photographing kids can be sometimes challenging. They can decide to be uncooperative, they may lose interest, and basically leave you frustrated because you didn’t get any good photos.
Don’t despair, keep a few tips in mind when deciding to photograph kids and everyone will be happy.
- Get down to their level for a better angle and also to make yourself look less intimidating.
- Amuse them with props...toys, toys, toys!
- Photograph them in their environment to get natural-looking photos.
- Shoot in natural light to keep them comfortable.
Extra tip: Place your camera on a tripod, move away from the camera, and interact with the child. Have your trigger in hand and shoot without them noticing.
